Rather than another tool you have to manage, it is one place where learning happens: structured courses, questions answered in context, deliberate exam preparation, and reflection on what is working. Its purpose is to help you continuously develop capability, not just store your study material.

No. A chatbot waits to be asked, which means it only helps once you already know you are stuck. Maigie is the environment around your learning: it knows the course you are on, what you studied last week, and what is due next, so it can suggest what matters now instead of waiting for a prompt. Ask Maigie is one part of that, not the whole product.

No. An LMS is built for institutions to administer courses, submissions, and grades. Maigie belongs to you, the learner, and is built to improve how you actually learn: what to study next, what you are forgetting, and how to prepare for what is coming.

No, and we do not want it to. Teachers provide context, judgement, and encouragement that software cannot. Maigie takes on the repetitive parts of studying so more of your time with a teacher can be spent on the parts only a person can do.

Sign up for free, then tell Maigie what you want to learn. You can say it plainly. For example, "I want to learn Python" or "Help me prepare for my biology exam." Maigie builds a structured course, suggests a plan, and guides you from there.

No installation required for the web app, just visit maigie.com. For mobile, you can download the iPhone or Android app. Your work is available on every device you sign in to.

Tell Maigie what you want to learn and it builds a course with modules, topics, and estimated study times, written for your level. For example, "Create a course on Machine Learning" produces a structured path rather than a wall of material, and lessons are written for each topic as you reach it.

Yes. Let Maigie generate a plan from your goals, deadlines, and available time, or build courses and modules yourself. On Maigie Plus, plans are adaptive: they adjust as your quiz results and study patterns change.

Maigie turns your goals and deadlines into study blocks, so you are not deciding what to do each morning. You can connect Google Calendar and your blocks sync into a dedicated Maigie calendar. Maigie Plus adds predictive scheduling and suggestions about the times of day you tend to do your best work.

A live spoken session with Maigie about the topic you are on, shown in the app as "Study aloud". You talk, Maigie explains, and it can draw diagrams as the conversation goes. If you ask it to, the session leaves a note behind when you finish. Voice study is a Maigie Plus capability and is not part of the free plan. Included minutes depend on your country, so check the pricing page.

Create notes for any topic or course, with markdown formatting, file attachments, AI summaries, and version history you can restore. Notes link to their course and topic, and you can turn one into flashcards in a click.

Good, but not infallible. Maigie uses current language models and grounds them in your course and materials, which reduces drift. For anything that matters, verify against an authoritative source. Maigie is a learning aid, not a final authority.

Yes. It builds a picture of how you study: consistency, which topics are sticking, and where you keep slipping. On the free plan you see your basic study patterns. Maigie Plus uses that picture more actively, for adaptive practice, predictive scheduling, and stepping in when your consistency drops.

AI usage draws on a 5-hour allowance window that resets on a clock you can see. Two limits worth knowing: 2 new AI-generated courses a month, and no live voice study, which is a Maigie Plus capability.

A pass is Maigie Plus bought once rather than subscribed to. You hold it until you're ready, activate it when you need it, and it runs for its full length, 5 hours or 7 days, then ends. It never renews and never charges you again. Passes suit exam weeks; the subscription is better value if you study continuously.

Yes. A 30-minute voice pack is $1.49, and those minutes never expire. They stay yours even if your subscription lapses. The pack tops up an existing Plus entitlement, so you need an active subscription or pass to buy one. Like every price here, it is set per market, so check the pricing page for the figure in your country.

Yes. You can cancel the Maigie Plus subscription anytime from Settings, and it stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. No cancellation fees. Passes need no cancelling. They simply end.

Share your referral link and earn 100 points when someone you refer becomes a real user, specifically once they've studied on 7 different days. Points redeem for passes: 100 for the 5-hour pass, 250 for the 7-day pass. Points last 60 days from when you earn them, and your wallet shows the expiry. Points buy passes only, not the subscription.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Your notes, courses, and conversations are private and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Maigie Ltd is UK-registered and we handle personal data in line with GDPR.

Only you. Your courses, notes, goals, and schedules are private to your account, and nothing you write is visible to other learners. AI processing happens through our model providers under agreements that do not allow your content to be used for their own purposes.

No. Your study content is not used to train models, ours or anyone else's.

Yes. Email privacy@maigie.com and we will put together an export for you. A self-service download in the app is on the roadmap rather than shipped, so we would rather tell you the real route than point you at a button that is not there.

Yes, from Settings. Deleting starts a 90-day window, so you can change your mind: we remind you 30 days and 7 days before the final date, and you can cancel at any point until then. At the end of the window the account is closed and your personal details are removed. If you need your data erased sooner, email privacy@maigie.com and we will handle it directly.

Maigie runs as a web app in any modern browser, and as native apps on iPhone and Android. Sign in on any of them and your courses, notes, and progress are there. Chat, voice study, and notifications are live; other content refreshes when you open or reload a screen.

Partly. AI features need a connection, since the models run in the cloud. On mobile, content you have already opened stays readable for up to a day, so you can revisit a lesson or note on a bad connection. Creating and editing still needs to be online.

Yes. The web app is fully responsive, and the iOS app runs on iPad. Tablet-specific layouts are not built yet, so an iPad currently gets the phone layout at a larger size.

All modern browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Voice study needs microphone permission, so allow it when your browser asks.

Notes, goals, flashcards and study plans are unlimited on every plan. Free accounts can create 2 new AI-generated courses each month; Maigie Plus removes that cap. AI usage itself draws on a shared allowance rather than a per-item limit.

In a 5-hour window rather than a daily quota. The window opens with your first AI action, draws down as you work, and resets once it has run out, on a clock you can see in the app. So you are never waiting for midnight to continue. Maigie Plus has a much larger allowance than free, and the exact figures are set per country.

Non-AI work carries on as normal: your notes, existing lessons, flashcards, and plans are all still there. AI actions wait for the window to reset, and the app shows when that is. If you need more headroom right away, a Plus pass or the subscription raises the allowance immediately.
